Tabitha Chawinga shines in France

On Monday,Tabitha Chawinga was named the D1Arkema Player of the season. She had 18 Goals & 10 Assists this season leading the league in both categories.

The Malawian has been a sensation for PSG having 23 Goals & 11 Assists in all competitions this season.

GWENGWE WINS CLUB GOLDEN BOOT IN ENGLAND

Malawian forward, Shaquille Gwengwe, has won the golden boot award at Dorchester Town for the second time after managing to score 17 goals in the just season in Southern Region South Division in England.

This has been disclosed by the team on Sunday following the end of the 2023/24 league campaign that saw them finish 9th on the table.

Kamuzu Barracks deputy coach, Blessings Kawanga said he was happy seeing his team claiming maximum points against Civo United as they both come from the same neighbourhood.

Kawanga said this after beating Civo United 2-1 at the Civo Stadium and said the win is vital as they have moved to another step in the league

Mighty Waka Waka Tigers head coach, Leo Mpulula, said his team was disjointed in the first half that's why they gave away goals in their loss at the Karonga Stadium.
