CHAWINGA NOMINATED FOR THE PLAYER OF THE MONTH IN FRANCE
Malawian talented forward, Tabitha Chawinga, has been nominated for the D1 Arkema player of the month award alongside two other players after an impressive performance in the match.
Chawinga netted a hat trick in the month and netted another goal while contributing two assists to take her goal involvement to 9 goals at PSG in just 8 games for the team.
She will compete with the current league's top Scorer, Eugenie Le Sommer of Olympic Lyonnaise and Ines Benyahia of Le Havre for the big prize.
She joined the Parisans in September on loan from Wuhan Jiangda of China and has proved to be one of the deadly forwards already in the league as she trails with only one goal to Sommer.

"I'M COMFORTABLE WITH THE DRAW" - HARRISON
Mighty Mukuru Wanderers head coach, Mark Harrison, says he is comfortable with the their semi final draw of which he said his team needs to face good teams in order to win big also.
The British said this after his team beat Moyale Barracks 3-0 to progress into the Semi finals of the Castel Challenge Cup where they will face the winner between FCB Nyasa Big Bullets and Ekwendeni Hammers according to the draw conducted on Sunday afternoon.
He said the game will be more interesting but it's their last chance to grab a silverware this season.
"Yeah I'm comfortable with the draw you know it will be an interesting game so a tough one but if you want to win more you have to beat the best and also beating Bullets doesn't mean it will be simple for us in the final, we will also have to work in order to win it." Said Harrison.

"MOYALE IS NOT TECHNICALLY A GOOD TEAM" - HARRISON
Mighty Mukuru Wanderers head coach, Mark Harrison, says his side needs to be aggressive enough and able to play Moyale Barracks hard if they don't want to be frustrated on Sunday as the team is not technically good.
The British said this ahead of the match at the Kamuzu Stadium in the Quarter finals of the Castel Challenge Cup and said he is well aware that this is the last chance for the team to win a Silver ware this season. He explained Moyale as a side that just frustrates teams.
"Yah they are a team that just frustrates you, they are not technically good but they fight and are physically which leaves you frustrated but I think we have keep possession, opening spaces and pressing them much if we want to win this. We struggled in the league I think because they were fighting fit survival of the 'surprisingly' they survived on the last day but they are a good team." Said Harrison.

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach, Callisto Pasuwa, did not like the word that his team struggled against Civo United in their 3-0 win at the Kamuzu Stadium and asked him the formula for winning games.
The Zimbabwean reacted to this after the match which saw his side progressing into the Quarter finals of the Castel Challenge Cup thanks to goals from Lanjesi Nkhoma, Maxwell Gasten Phodo and Hassan Kajoke. He asked on how the journalist said Bullets struggled.

PHIRI NOMINATED FOR THIRD CONSECUTIVE MONTH AWARD
FCB Nyasa Big Bullets multi positioned player, Precious Phiri, has been nominated for the third consecutive time as a contender for the Player of the Month of November at the team.
The Champions released the name on Friday with Phiri, who won the award in September and October, nominated again to compete with fellow midfielders, Yankho Singo and Patrick Mwaungulu.
Singo has been instrumental on the midfield of the team following the injury of Frank Willard and help the team in most games in the month while Mwaungulu is a favorite to win the accolade after scoring most important goals for the team in the month.

This development comes amidst reports that the Nomads will be banned for FAM organised matches following their actions not to play against Silver Strikers in the Airtel Top 8 Quarter finals match on Wednesday. Meanwhile, as confirmed by FAM, the Nomads will play on Sunday.

He said this after defending the league at the Kamuzu Stadium following a 1-1 draw with Silver Strikers on Sunday and said the league was tight because the fixtures were made poorly making them to travel much and the game in hands led to manipulation in the games.
