Mighty Mukuru Wanderers head coach, Mark Harrison, says he is not giving up on winning the league and that he will do that when it is mathematically impossible.

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach, Callisto Pasuwa, says he expects a tough match against Chitipa United on Saturday afternoon and that a poor approach to the game might cost them.
The Zimbabwean said this ahead of the match involving the two teams at the Kamuzu Stadium as the People's team seek for a revenge following a 1-0 loss in the first round. He said the league has no small team and in every game, a good approach is vital for them to win.

Pasuwa said this because of congestion of fixtures in different tournaments in the country and said his players as humans need to be given time to rest.
"It's not normal for a player to do what we are doing now, I think I see now it seems it's a crime playing Champions League now. CHAWINGA SHINES AS PSG QUALIFY FOR UCL
Scorchers captain, Tabitha Chawinga, produced a remarkable performance for her side, PSG, to help them qualify for the UEFA Champions League group stages for 2023/24 Season after knocking out Manchester United 4-2 on aggregate on Wednesday.

SCORCHERS PLAYERS ARE MILLIONAIRES
Football Association of Malawi President, Dr Walter Nyamilandu Manda, has told people that Scorchers players will receive K1 million as a token for winning the COSAFA Women's Championship.
He said this at a gala dinner at Mount Soche Hotel in Blantyre which was organised to welcome the girls in the country. He said they have not gotten any money for winning the tournament but the money will be given to the girls.
He has further asked the corporate world to come and sponsor the Women's Football in Malawian as it has shown that it can reach higher heights faster than mens Football.
The team beat Zambia to clinch the trophy and finish the whole tournament unbeaten having scored 19 goals and conceded just 6 in 5 games.

"WHY NOT TALKING ABOUT CHITIPA AND OTHER TEAMS?" - PASUWA
FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach, Callisto Pasuwa, says coach for Mighty Mukuru Wanderers, Mark Harrison, talks about his team because he sees something in the People's team.
Pasuwa said this in an Interview with the team's media ahead of their match against Moyale Barracks on Tuesday and said Bullets do not talk about any team because their focus is on the pitch.
"Us is Bullets, we don't talk about other teams so if he [Harrison] is talking about us that's means he sees [fears] something in us. Why is he not talking about Chitipa United or other teams?" Questioned Pasuwa.
About their Moyale match, he said his players need to adjust themselves for the 'bad and windy' Rumphi Stadium so that they earn positive results. He also said Chawanangwa Gumbo will not be available due to an injury.
Bullets are second in the league having collected 44 points from 21 games, three points behind Wanderers which has played four games more.
"WE ARE RELYING ON BULLETS TO DROP POINTS" - HARRISON
Mighty Mukuru Wanderers head coach, Mark Harrison, says it will become hard for his team to win the TNM Super league this season after dropping 7 points in their past three games despite staying top.
Harrison said this after his team lost 1-0 to Silver Strikers at the Bingu National Stadium to move up to four games ahead of FCB Nyasa Big Bullets with only four points separating them. He says things could change if Bullets drop some points.
"Its becoming tight now, I mean we needed to win today but we've chopped it away, it will be tight now and we are relying on Bullets to drop points now you know [laughs]," said Harrison.
Chimwemwe Idana netted an 83rd minute strike for the Nomads to suffer their fourth loss this season and have 47 points from 25 games on top of the League.
