Henry Leads Golden Boot Race

Malawi's COSAFA Scorchers forward, Deborah Henry, starred in her first start for the team, netting a first-half hat-trick to inspire the team to an 8-1 win over Lesotho at the Seshego Stadium on Saturday.

Henry made her debut against South Africa in a 6-minute cameo but was handed the whole 90 minutes, where she scored three goals in the first half.

She claimed the player of the match award and the match ball for her performance and hat-trick after the game.

Meanwhile, Henry leads the golden boot race with three goals, while Ireen Khumalo comes second with two goals, alongside Makhoso Moalosi of Lesotho.
