CRECK TO ARRIVE IN BLANTYRE EARLIER
TNM Super League newly promoted side, Creck Sporting Club, are set to arrive in Blantyre earlier than expected as they prepare to face Mighty Mukuru Wanderers on Saturday in their third top flight league match.
The team's Chairperson, Muhammad Selemani, confirmed about the plan and said they want to arrive in Blantyre by Thursday so that they get used to the environment in the commercial city.
"We are set to arrive earlier than expected because we want to get used to the weather in the city and also the facility we are using, the Kamuzu Stadium, so we will train at the pitch from Thursday so that it should not look new when facing Wanderers," said Selemani.
The team has began their debut season on high as they have picked 6 points from their two games they have played placing them second on the log table.
The team is led by Macdonald Mtetemera who pulled a screamer last season at the same venue with Chitipa United as they beat the Nomads 1-0.
