"I WANT MY PLAYERS NOT TO BE FAVOURED BUT PROTECTED" - PASUWA
FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach, Callisto Pasuwa, says his players are not protected by the referees in their matches and this is leading to too much injuries to their side.
He said this after their 4-0 victory over Ekwendeni Hammers in the Quarter finals of the Castel Challenge Cup at the Kamuzu Stadium and ahead of the big Blantyre derby, he said his players needs to be protected.
"I am now becoming worried because my players are not protected, you see in each and every game we are losing players, it's now 10 players imagine and today we have changed two players, not even a yellow card so I don't want to be favoured no but they have to be protected." Said Pasuwa.
In the match, Maxwell Gasten Phodo was replaced by Peter Banda on 62nd minute due to an injury after he was fouled in the box but the referee had no interest while Ephraim Kondowe spent just 7 minutes in the pitch and Stanley Biliati replaced him for a knock.
