Burundi and Zimbabwe are considering Bingu National Stadium as a venue for their home matches during the September 2025 Morocco AFCON qualifiers.

This comes after recent sentiments by Kenyan coach, Zimbabwe's coach and Red Arrows coach about the hospitality in the warm heart of Africa.

Burundi are thinking about hosting Senegal at the facility.

Recently, Ethiopia and Kenya have used the facility to host other teams in World Cup Qualifiers and African Cup of Nations Qualifiers.
