The first Malawian coach to qualify Flames for AFCON

Henry Chapansi Moyo is the first Malawian coach to qualify the Flames for AFCON in 1984.

Moyo also guided the Malawi National Football Team for the 1987 All African games which was hosted by Kenya.

The late Moyo was one of the best local coaches having won the Super League while at MDC United in 1988 without a defeat.
