GAMPHANI RESCUE BULLETS AGAINST FAMILIAR STRANGERS
Super Substitute, Lameck Gamphani, netted a 96th minute equaliser to deny his former team, Premier Bet Dedza Dynamos their first away win of the season as FCB Nyasa Big Bullets played a 1-1 draw at the Kamuzu Stadium on Thursday afternoon.
Babatunde Adepoju saw his penalty kick brilliantly saved by Donnex Mwakasinga in the first half before Substitute Ibrahim Sadick fired the hosts ahead when Marco Chiwaya did well to challenge Gomegzani Chirwa but Gamphani had to come off the bench to rescue the Palestinians in hands of his former side which had a man less following the red card of Khumbo Banda on 81st minute.
Head coach for the People's team, Kalisto Pasuwa, said his team missed a lot of chances leading to their struggle in the match.
"You could see the body language in some of the players the way we were playing unfortunately we got our chances but we could utilize them and the opposition got one and they punished us and most of
the second half they were leading us we tried as much as we can looking an equaliser and we got it in the last minute." Said Pasuwa.
The People's team remain third but now add a point to 41 points from 24 games, 6 points behind second placed Mighty Mukuru Wanderers and 13 points behind leaders, Silver Strikers.
