CHATAMA IMPRESSED WITH EKHAYA'S PREFORMANCE

Ekhaya FC head coach, Enos Chatama, has expressed his satisfaction over his team's performance in the semi finals of the Premier Bet Sapitwa Big Four Bonanza after beating Red Lions 5-4 on penalties.

The Cowboys faced the Soldiers at the Mulanje Park Stadium where they played a goalless draw after 90 minutes before claiming a penalty shootout win to progress into the final of the tournament.

Chatama said his team had almost 8 good players who were not available in the game but they dominated the game which is good for them.

"I'm happy with the performance of the players today, we were able to create a lot of chances but we failed to convert them, at least the players played well," said Chatama.

Meanwhile, one of the organising member of the tournament Chimwemwe Nyirenda said the tournament gives team a good time to prepare for the upcoming seasons.
