MWASE SILENT AFTER NEARING THE BANKERS

Mighty Mukuru Wanderers head coach, Meke Mwase, says he does not want to talk about other teams as his main focus is to play and win games they are playing in the TNM Super League.

He said this after trimming the gap on Silver Strikers to five points in the League following a 1-0 win over FOMO FC on Wednesday at the Kamuzu Stadium.

"I don't like to talk about other teams, we are focusing on our games, we should play games and win then we move onto another match." Said Mwase.

About the game, he thanked his boys for working hard in order to get maximum points despite a poor performance after getting their goal.

"Let me thank the boys for working hard to win this game, we scored an early goal which was according to our plan but then we failed to do what we wanted but what we wanted was three points." Added Mwase.

The Nomads are on second position with 44 points from 21 games in the League, five points adrift Silver Strikers who have 49 points.
