Goshen City Dedza Dynamos will face Ekhaya FC in the final of the Premier Bet Sapitwa Big Four Bonanza after beating Mighty Wanderers 4-2 on penalties following a goalless draw in the 90 minutes.
Dynamos benefitted on Dennis Phiri's heroics after saving Blessings Singini and Clement Nyondo's penalties while Chris Lwemba netted the winning goal to secure the big win.
Head coach Alex Ngwira was happy with the win and thanked his boys for their performance in the game.
"It was a good game, we tried everything and it is good that we defended well. Dennis [Phiri] is good, we have good goalkeepers and we just choose which one to use," said Ngwira.
However, MacDonald Nginde Mtetemera said losing into penalties is not bad and they just need to improve in front of goal.
"I think the boys lacked coordination because we combined new players and old ones but it is good that we have lost on penalties and we have noted the problems, they will be fixed," said Mtetemera.
