SILVER TIE POINTS WITH BULLETS IN SECOND PLACE BATTLE
The final day of the TNM Super League at-least bring something to fight for between FCB Nyasa Big Bullets and Silver Strikers as both teams eye a second place finish after the Bankers tying points with a 3-0 win over Mzuzu City Hammers at the Silver Stadium on Saturday.
The Bankers had Festus Duwe netting a first half brace and benefitted from an Austin Simbi's own goal to seal the win and pile more pressure on the People's team for the second spot in the League.
Assistant coach for the Bankers, Mapopa Msukwa, said they are looking forward to win in their final matchas they look to finish on second position.
''It will be a tough game as we want to finish second while they want the top four so we will try hard in order to do better in the game,'' said Msukwa.
The Bankers remain third with 53 points from 18 wins, 9 draws and two defeats in the League, trailing by four goals in goal difference to Bullets.
