CHAWINGA INSPIRES KC CURRENT TO PLAYOFFS' SEMIS
Scorchers forward, Temwa Chawinga, was on target again as her lone goal took Kansas City Current into the semi finals of the National Women's Soccer League playoffs in United States of America as they beat North Carolina Women 1-0 on Saturday.
Chawinga got the goal on 8th minute of the game after Debinha's shot hit the post and her first was blocked on the line before her second attempt winning the match.
Current will play Orlando Pride in the semi finals of the tournament and she trails by one goal to the current top scorer in the playoffs, Barbra Banda from Zambia.
