Marian Mario Marinica appointed as new Flames coach

Football Association of Malawi (FAM) Executive Committee has appointed Marian Mario Marinica as Flames Head Coach replacing Meck Mwase.

Marinica is scheduled to sign a new contract for the role in due course and is expected to choose his own backroom staff.

Meanwhile, Mwase has been relieved of his duties as Flames Coach.

The former Flames captain has a contract which runs until April next year.
