FDH BANK PUMPS IN K5 BILLION FOR MALAWI'S ELITE LEAGUE

The new era has come for the country's elite league after the coming in of FDH Bank that has pumped in K5 billion to sponsor the League for the next five years.

This ends the 18-year sponsorship from TNM Plc which had its sponsorship pegged at K500 million in the final year.

The name will now change from TNM Super League to FDH Bank Premiership and will have a package of K1 billion every year.

The winner of the League from 2026 will be taking home K200 million which is a double of what championships were getting in the just ended season.

The TNM era began in 2006 and has ended in 2025 with Mighty Wanderers winning the trophy in the first and the last years.
