CHAOMBA STARS AS CRECK CRACK BULLETS
George Chaomba came off the bench to score and provide an assist for him to claim a man of the match award as he inspired Creck Sporting Club to a 2-0 win over FCB Nyasa Big Bullets at the Aubrey Dimba Stadium on Sunday.
Chaomba replaced Gift Kadawati at half time and connected a corner kick in the 53rd minute before setting up Jack Beza for a second goal to claim a vital win for the team.
Head coach for the team, Eliya Kananji, said that the win is important for them as it has pushed them up further in the log table.
''I said that if my boys do what i have told them in training, we will win. Yes we had not beaten Bullets but today was a deadline and we have beaten them, it is an important win for us,'' said Kananji.
He also said that his team targets a top 8 finish on the log table and believes that it is possible if they remain consistent with their current performance.
Creck are now 9th on the table with 33 points from 8 wins, 9 draws and 8
