"We need to show them that we are a big team" - Mgangira

Silver Strikers head coach, Peter Mgangira, said it is now time to show FC Shire that they are a big team as they look to avenge their last year's defeat when the two sides meet in the FDH Bank Cup Round of 16.

Mgangira said this ahead of the match on Thursday at the Civo Stadium where he said there is no small team in a cup game as he anticipates a tough game but he is upbeat that they will do better.

"For them to reach this stage it means they have also done better. They beat us last year and it's the fuel to show them that we are a big team so we will try as much as possible to win the game," said Mgangira.

The Bankers were knocked out by the same team last year before changing their name from Panthers FC in another Cup match and they back may seek a revenge against the third tier League side.

The win for the Banker in the match will help them book their place in the Quarter finals of the tournament with its draw not yet
