Moyale complete comeback to knock out Ekhaya

Moyale Barracks have booked their place in the round of 16 of the FDH Bank Cup after sealing a comeback 2-1 win over Ekhaya FC at Rumphi Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The visitors went ahead through Hermas Masinja on 13th minute but Charles Nkhoma levelled five minutes later from the spot before Raphael Phiri netting the winner on 32nd minute to seal the win.

Head coach for the soldiers, Prichard Mwansa, thanked his boys for their brilliant performance in the game and said he will encourage them to maintain their play in the coming games.

"It was a tough game but we managed to get a win, we saw them how they played when they beat us in the League so we worked on their strengths and the boys did well to follow the instructions and also their ideas and we won." Said Mwansa.

The team will face the winner between Dedza Dynamos and Creck Sporting Club in the round of 16 of the tournament.
