Chatama: Demotivating factors cost us

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Reserve head coach, Enos Chatama, says the 2024 Thumbs Up Premier Division was the easiest to win but faced some demotivating factors which need to be ironed out for the future of the team.

He said this on the final day of the League where they lost 2-0 to Ekhaya FC and said these factors which did not mention, starting from coming late on the day as those which has cost them in the League.

"Balancing the team from defence to attack, you would see that we did well in defence than attack. We conceded 6 goals in 14 games and in the group stages, we conceded three and finished top but we haven't been scoring." Said Chatama.

He said the team lost it when coming to the Christmas and new year holiday when they lost to Mighty Wanderers Reserve and failed to win in the following two games due to factors not revealed to the media.
