"I WANT TO HELP THE YOUNGSTERS" - ROONEY
FCB Nyasa Big Bullets new signing, Ronald Chitiyo, says he wants to help youngsters at the team as his experience will help them learn from him.
Rooney, as he is nicknamed, said this on Tuesday during a signing ceremony where he penned a three year deal and said it is a challenge to play for Bullets as they want to win.
"I'm very happy to join one of the best teams in Malawi. Yes I'm experienced and I want to help the youngsters because the team has a lot of youngsters so I will help them. Playing for Bullets is a challenge because I have found them already winning so I need to work so that they should be winning also." Said Chitiyo.
He further said the league in Malawi has improved but he will work hard to perform better.
The 31 year old Zimbabwean midfielder impressed a Callisto Pasuwa led panel during trials in the Pre-Season and failed to sign a contract together with Colin Mujuru as he lost his mother last week.
