FIRST MONTH, FIRST AWARD FOR WADAWADA

Zambian tactician Wedson Nyirenda has been named FDH Premiership Coach of the Month of June for his perfect start with FCB Nyasa Big Bullets.

Nyirenda guided The People’s Team to three consecutive victories over Kamuzu Barracks, Masters Security FC and Creck Sporting Club, a run that earned him the recognition from the league’s governing body.

Wadawada beat Ekhaya FC head coach Enos Chatama, Silver Strikers’ Peter Mgangira and Civil Service United’s Abbas Makawa to the award.

He will receive K500,000 from the Super League of Malawi for the honor.
