Dynamos grab first win in FDH Premiership

Goshen City Dedza Dynamos have grabbed their first win of the season after beating Kamuzu Barracks 1-0 at the Dedza Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Chifuniro Mpinganjira scored a lone goal for the team, also the first goal of the season to hand the team their three points of the season in 6 matches.

Head coach for the team, Alex Ngwira, said his team needed just a win to end every problem they faced in their opening five games.

"The win will restore confidence and belief that were lost as we were struggling but now have found what we have lacked thanks to a great performance from the players. We are looking forward to more of these kind of performances in the game," said Ngwira.

He also said that he was remaining calm amidst the uncertainties at the team as he has an experience of what happens in football.

The win took the team up to four points from one win, one draw and four defeats in the League on position 15.
