‘WE HAVE GOOD STRIKERS AT BULLETS’ – NYIRENDA

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach Wedson Nyirenda says the team must work on its finishing and build striker confidence, but insists the forwards he has are already good.

Nyirenda said this in reaction to their 1-0 win over Masters FC at the Mpira Stadium on Monday thanks to Ephraim Kondowe's third goal of the season from the spot.

He said it is good that the team is able to create chances in their matches as it signifies that they are playing well in their matches but warned that they should expect tougher tests going forward.

“We will not be having easy games because when you set the bar high, everyone will come for you. Every team that has lost 3-0, 5-0 somewhere will come hard when facing Bullets,” Nyirenda said.

The Zambian tactician said his immediate priority is to work with the strikers currently at the club, but he will request new signings if the need arises.

The result was Bullets’ second win under Nyirenda.
