Lungu's Brace Sends Bullets into Castel Final

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets have booked their place in the Castel Challenge Cup final, beating Mzuzu City Hammers 2-0 in the semi-final at Kamuzu Stadium on Sunday.

Wongani Lungu scored in each half, stunning his former team and securing a 10th final for the People's Team in the past five seasons as they are looking for a second trophy this season.

Interim coach Gilbert Chirwa praised his team's execution. "We prepared for everything as it was a tough match, but today we were good. We created chances and scored two. I'm happy," he said.

Chirwa added they will prepare hard for the final, aiming to salvage a season that has not gone as planned.

The final against Goshen City Dedza Dynamos is on February 21, 2026, at Bingu National Stadium.
