Karonga thump Dynamos to move third
Karonga United were in top form at the Dedza Stadium after scoring four past Premier Bet Dedza Dynamos to record a 0-4 win to jump up to third in the TNM Super League on Sunday afternoon.
Geoffrey Mkoko, Allen Chihana, Nature Kaonga and Alick Austin scored a goal each to help Karonga record their third win in four matches and bounce back from their 0-1 defeat against Mighty Tigers in their previous match.
Head coach for the team, Oscar Kaunda, was left happy after recording a big win away from home.
"I'm very happy with the win today, It shows that this is how we are playing our games this season but it needs to just motivate the players so today, we delivered and we won nicely." Said Kaunda.
The win means the Ingwina sya Ku Karonga are third on the table with 9 points from four games after claiming three wins and one defeat.
