Madinga put his idol to dagger as Nomads maintain perfect start
Francisco Madinga scored a lone for Mighty Wanderers to help the Nomads record a 0-1 over Creck Sporting Club in a match played at the Champions Stadium in Dowa on Sunday afternoon.
After a barren draw, the Nomads kept pressure into thr second half and Madinga scored on 57th minute to seal a win for the Nomads who have gone two matches without conceding now.
Head coach Bob Mpinganjira said he was happy that his team had claimed all points away from home.
"It was a tough game indeed but we played very well, we wanted the win and we fought, we got that goal that has helped us to win. Indeed we are missing chances, in the first half we got more chances but we missed in the second half we scored one, the most important thing is that we have won." Said Mpinganjira.
The win means the Nomads have recorded their fourth win in their first four opening matches as they now have 12 points in the League, three points behind leader
