KALIATI NAMED 2024 BEST PLAYER, WANDERERS BEST CLUB

Mighty Mukuru Wanderers midfielder, Isaac Kaliati, has added two accolades at MBC Entertainers of the Year award after being voted as 2024 Player of the year and Sports Personality of the year.

This follows a tremendous effort put in the 2024 season that saw him win 8 man of the match awards to score 17 goals and provide 9 assists in 27 games and win the golden boot this season.

He has however defeated Crispin Mapemba and Chimwemwe Idana for the best player award and he got the best of Frank kandu and Peter Mponda to win the best Sports personality award.

Meanwhile, trophyless Mighty Mukuru Wanderers has been named as the best Football Club in 2024 beating FCB Nyasa Big Bullets and Silver Strikers while Ascent Academy beat FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Women and Ntopwa Super Queens for the best female team award.

In Women's Football, Temwa Chawinga beat her Sister Tabitha for the best female player of the year, Joyce Mvula won the best

Netballer award while Blue Eagles Sisters won the best Netball team award.
