"THE FIELD WAS UNPLAYABLE" - KAMWENDO
Creck Sporting Club interim coach, Joseph Kamwendo, says his team failed to play their usual game in Mulanje because the pitch at the Mulanje Park Stadium is not playable hence they struggled.
He said this afternoon the team lost 1-0 to FOMO FC on Wednesday afternoon and also talked of his team missing a lot of chances that also cost them much in the game.
"It was not a good game for us you could see the field was not playable so we failed to play our normal game but all in all we have lost we have to accept the result and move on." Said Kamwendo.
He further said that they will now switch their attention to their Sunday's Castel Challenge Cup match against Mighty Mukuru Wanderers as they need to do well to progress to the quarter finals.
The team is on position 6 on the log table as they have 38 points from 28 games they have played this season.
