Haaland's acrobat strike wows Foden
England International, Phil Foden was left speechless with his teammate, Erling Haaland's brilliant strike as Manchester City walloped Sparta Prague 5-0 in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday at the Etihad stadium.
Having put the Cityzen's ahead in the third minute of the game, Foden watched Savinho brilliantly setting up Haaland and in the air finishing the ball in an acrobatic way to double the scores.
He said what Haaland does is hard for other players to do and he does not even know how he does it.
Foden said: “I told Haaland: mate, if I tried to do that sort of goal, I would pull my groin. I don’t know how he does it! It’s just how long his legs are. He’s insane, it’s only him who can score that one."
John Stones was on target for the team's third before Foden setting up Haaland for the fourth and Mattheus Nunes scored from the spot to mark a five star performance.
