PASUWA WORRIED WITH BULLETS FORM
FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach, Kalisto Pasuwa, says he is more worried with the team's current performance in all tournaments as they have fast gone down from their best season when they won a quadruple in 2023.
The Zimbabwean tactician said this to the team's media ahead of the team's match against Chitipa United in the TNM Super League on Sunday at the Kamuzu Stadium.
Coming from a shock 0-1 defeat over relegation side, Bangwe All Stars on Thursday that saw the team managing to win only five games in 17 league outings, Pasuwa expressed his dissatisfaction with the results the team is getting this year.
He said, "It's becoming worrisome. This is is a team which was doing well last year and all of the sudden we have just gone done down but that's how Football is all about and I have been talking of it to say if you are a Champion, you need to go an extra mile in order to prepare yourself for you next time if everyone is coming to you."
He further said that his team is conceding goals through mistakes that they dominate the player but one mistake would allow their opponents to break through a counter attack and stun them. Despite all this, Pasuwa is hoping for better days soon.
"I know the boys, I trust the boys. I always trust them in whatever they do, we hope fo the best and we need to be positive in order for us to start collecting points." He added.
The People's team are currently sitting on 10th position as they have 24 points from 17 games having won five games, 9 draws and three defeats and after playing Chitipa United, they will have to play Creck Sporting Club on Wednesday
