WANDERERS JOIN FAM IN MOURNING CHILIMA

Mighty Mukuru Wanderers through its President, Dr Thomson Mpinganjira, Board Directors, management, staff and Supporters, have all expressed their sadness over the death of State Vice President, Dr Saulos Klaus Chilima.

The club said this through a Press release on Tuesday after the confirmation of the death of the VP and 9 other people who crashed in a plane they boarded on Monday.

The Nomads said they will remember Chilima as one of the persons who have worked hard to develop Football in Malawi.

"The Wanderers family will remember Dr Chilima for his passion for sports development and love for his country. Mighty Wanderers FC extend heartfelt condolences to His Excellency the State President Dr Lazarus Chakwera, Madam Mary Chilima and family, families of the nine others and all Malawians of good will." Chilima and the other 9 people crashed on Monday in the Chikangawa Forest due to bad weather in Mzuzu.
