Scorchers forward, Mary Chavinda, has won her first trophy in Rwanda with Rayon Sports Women after beating Fatima Women 5-0 to win the Rwanda Women's Football League.

Chavinda scored two goals in the game to take her tally to 15 goals in her first season.

Meanwhile, the team has qualified for the CECAFA playoffs after becoming Champions.
