DUWE LEADS GOLDEN BOOT RACE IN FDH PREMIERSHIP

Silver Strikers attacker, Festus Duwe, has taken an early lead in a chase for the golden boot after scoring four goals in four games this season.

Duwe netted from the spot on Sunday in the Bankers 3-0 win to open a one goal lead over his competitors in the chase.

Meanwhile, his teammate Andrew Joseph is coming second with three goals alongside Blessings Malinda of Ekhaya FC and Charles Nkhoma of Moyale Barracks.

Francis Mchema of Kamuzu Barracks, John Dambuleni of Civil Service United, Mphatso Magaleta of Red Lions, Promise Kamwendo of Mighty Wanderers, Stain Davie of Masters FC and Zenga Manda of Chitipa United are also into the race with two goals.
