LUKAKU STRIKES AS CIVIL RISE THIRD
Chifundo Ngapemba netted a winner on 70th minute to give Civil Service United maximum points as the Civil Servants beat Moyale Barracks 1-0 to move up to third on the TNM Super League standings at the Civo Stadium on Saturday.
The Civil Servants struggled to organise their play in the game as Moyale Barracks dominated the play but Ngapemba had to score to snatch an important win for the team.
Abbas Makawa who is the head coach for the team was left excited with the win as he said they are moving to where they planned to be.
"It was a tough game as you know Moyale Barracks is a good team that plays good Football but I should thank my boys for putting a gallant fight that has made us to win so I am very happy with this win." Said Makawa.
He further said he will go back to the drawing board to correct some mistakes that nearly cost them s that they continue doing well in the games coming.
The team sits third with 34 points from 22 games.
