BANDA, CHAWINGA SCORE TO TIE ON GOALS

The battle for the golden boot award in the National Women's Soccer League in USA continues to hit up after Scorchers forward, Temwa Chawinga and Zambian forward, Barbra Banda scored when their teams met.

Banda's Orlando Pride travelled to KC Stadium to face Kansas City Current of Chawinga in a top of the table crash plus a fight in the golden boot race.

Malta had to separate the team's with her 63rd minute penalty goal after Chawinga had cancelled out Banda's goal two minutes after the opener for Pride to win 2-1.

Meanwhile, Chawinga has 12 goals and 6 assists in the league just as Banda who has 12 goals and 5 assists on top of the golden boot race.
