ANOTHER MALAWIAN FEMALE FOOTBALLER SHINE IN RWANDA

Former FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Women forward, Mary Chavinda, has received her first accolade since moving to Rayon Sports after named the player of the month of January for the team on Wednesday.

Chavinda has been shining since joining the team that leads the countries' top league as she has netted 12 goals for the team so far.

Last week, she went close to win her first medal at the team but hopes were dented by AS Kigali which beat them 1-0 in the final.

Currently, Malawian footballers are performing outside with Temwa and Tabitha Chawinga, Vitumbiko Mercy Mkandawire in Zambia and Sabina Thom in DRC are also doing better.
