MKANDAWIRE REACHES DOUBLE FIGURES IN ZAMBIA

Malawian Female footballer, Vitumbiko Mercy Mkandawire, continues her fine run in the Zambia's Women's Super League after scoring a goal and assisting the other in ZISD FC's 3-1 win over Ndola Roses on Saturday afternoon.

Mkandawire opened the scores in the first 15 minutes of the game before providing an assist on 20th minute for the team to lead 2-0 at half time and both teams scored one each in the second half for the Kwapukwapu to win 3-1.

That goal has taken her tally to 10 in the league and a joint top scorer for the league and now has 8 assists in the league.
