Babatunde to play for Flames

The Nigerian striker Babatunde Adepoju is contemplating of getting a Malawian citizenship to start playing for Malawi National Football Team.

Babatunde who is currently playing for Nyasa Big Bullets has met the requirement to acquire the Malawi citizenship after staying in the country for 7 years.

According to reports, coach Meck Mwase has expressed his interest in getting the striker in his squad ahead of AFCON tournament.

Babatunde will be the second foreign player to play for Malawi following Mischeck Seleman.
