Flames Vice Captain, John Banda, has been ruled out of Sunday's international friendly game against Tanzania.

Vice Captain for the Flames who is playing in Mozambique, John CJ Banda, has hailed the Mozambican football mother body for the restart of season.

The Macambola league which was suspended in the country for sometime time back due to the impact of the COVID-19, has resumed few weeks ago.

Confirmed foreign-based players to travel with Flames

Flames Coach, Meck Mwase, has confirmed that captain John Banda and Schumacher Kuwali will travel with the team to play against South Sudan.
