The Malawi national team defender and left winger, Precious Sambani, has been ruled out of a friendly match against Tanzania on 13 June 2021 due to injury.
He has been replaced with Eric Kaonga formerly of Ekwendeni Hammers now with Nyasa Big Bullets. The national team has also included playmaker for Mighty Wanderers Vitumbiko Kumwenda on the list.
Surprisingly missing is Maxwell Gasten Phodo, top goal scorer in TNM Super League as of now.
