"IF A FATHER PUNISHES A SON, CAN HE DISAPPEAR FOR GOOD?" - PASUWA
FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach, Kalisto Pasuwa says he does not know the whereabouts of the team's forward, Hassan Kajoke, and that he has never appeared to the club since being punished by the team.
The Zimbabwean said this during a media briefing ahead of the team's Airtel Top 8 final against Silver Strikers at the Bingu National Stadium on Saturday.
He said, "About Kajoke, I don't know where he is as of now and you know, if you are a child and a father punishes you, will you not even come back and say hello because he punished you? Kajoke has never been here even to watch training or his friends playing."
He further said if Kajoke was humble, he could have had his punishment reduced and be considered back to the team.
"I have coached a lot of players and one thing that a player needs is humbleness. If he was coming here and maybe approach the bosses and say yes I did wrong maybe he could have been forgiven."
The player was suspended four months after allegations which the team failed to disclose.
The player was promoted from the Reserve side in 2019 and managed to win the golden boot award in 2022 and scored second most goals in 2021.
