Malawian FIFA Assistant Referee Bernadettar Kwimbira to officiate at the inaugural TotalEnergies CAF Women's Champions League scheduled between 5-19 November in Egypt.
Kwimbira is the only Malawian among the 25 referees who have been appointed to officiate at the tournament.
The Zomba based referee and 38 others are currently attending a five-day Video Assistant Referee (VAR) Preparatory Course in Egypt which started on Monday November 1.
According to CAF, the referees will undergo physical, theoretical and technical tests during the course.
