John Maduka's lead side Royal AM have moved on position 2 in the DSTV Premiership behind league leaders Mamelodi Sundowns.

This follows Royal AM's 2-0 victory on Sunday against SuperSport United.

Royal AM have 33 points from 20 games while Sundowns have 48 points from 21 matches.

Orlando Pirates coach told to play Mhango or go back to Arrows

Orlando Pirates striker Andries Sebola has rebuked the club's coach Mandla Ncikazi for his recent comments on in-form forward Gabadihno Mhango and his rather bizarre comments regarding AFCON.

Mandla said Pirates are a big team. Mhango will wait like all other players. We recognise and acknowledge his performance at the AFCON but maybe the league in South Africa is bigger than AFCON,"

Despite Mhango's spectacular form at the just ended AFCON finals, Mhango was not available for selection when Buccaneers played against Amazulu.

Baroka forward Richard Mbulu on Tuesday scored his first league goal during a 2-1 defeat against DSTV Premiership leaders Mamelodi Sundowns.

Mbulu scored the consolation goal at 71st minute.

Mbulu's club, Baroka sits bottom of the league table with 10 points from 15 games they have played.

In the past 5 games, the team has not recorded any win.

Polokwane City have signed Chikoti Chirwa

The South African club have confirmed the development.

According to the club, they target getting the services of Chimwemwe Idana and Yamikani Chester.

Chikoti Chirwa joins Denis Chembezi, Mike Mkwate and Khuda Muyaba who are playing at the club.
