South Africa out of Four-Nations tournament
Football Association of Malawi has confirmed that South Africa will not take part in the four-nations Womens tournament after failing to accept their invitation for the tournament.
The Association confirmed the news on Wednesday saying Zambia and Zimbabwe have confirmed their availability for the matches this month-end.
The tournament is aimed at giving Scorchers a thorough preparation ahead of their first ever Womens African Cup of Nations next year as they targeted two teams that are also at the finals of the tournament.
Malawi will open now three-nations tournament with Zimbabwe on Friday, 28 November, before taking on Zambia on Sunday, 30 November and the two visitors will face each other on Tuesday, 2 December.
