MABEDI SEES NO SILLY MISTAKES AGAINST BURKINA FASO
Flames head coach, Patrick Mabedi, says his team needs nothing but a win in order to catch up with the teams and fight for a place at the 2025 African Cup of Nations.
He said this on Sunday in Mali as the team continues their preparations ahead of their match with Burkina Faso in the second match of their Group L on Tuesday.
He said he saw many positives in their 2-3 defeat over Burundi last Thursday and that his charges look not to make similar mistakes they did in their group opener at home.
"The guys watched the game yesterday and they understood what they made and I believe they will not make the same mistakes they did because these guys grow fast. There were positives in the game, we cleared chances and scored them only that the transition from the attack to defense is what cost us." Said Mabedi.
