"WE WERE OUTPLAYED DESPITE WINNING" - CHIRAMBO
Mzuzu City Hammers head coach, Elias Chirambo, said his team did not perform well and requires to improve in their next games despite securing a win against Civo United.
He said this after the match which they won 1-0 at the Mzuzu Stadium but said his team were below par because they have new boys who are learning the heat of the Elite League.
"It's good that we have won but we struggled in the game a lot, we were second on the ball there was a poor transition from the back going upfront so we need to improve so that we continue winning." Said Chirambo.
The win took Hammers up to 6th in the first week of the League with three points from one game played.
