FLAMES DROP ON FIFA RANKINGS

Malawi National Football team has dropped with three steps in the latest Coca-Cola World FIFA rankings released today.

The team was on position 122 but has dropped to 125 in April following poor outing in the Four Nations tournament last month.

The team lost 4-0 to Kenya which has gone four steps up to 107 and then were beaten 2-1 by Zambia. Zimbabwe has gone two steps up to position 122 after beating Zambia in the same tournament.

Uganda remain on position 92 while Zambia moves a step up to 86th in the rankings after beating Malawi in the tournament.
