Silver Strikers head coach, Peter De Jongh, says his team need just to play games and win as the hopes of winning the TNM Super league is facing away from them.
De Jongh said this ahead of the teams meeting with Karonga United on Sunday and Chitipa United on Wednesday and said their trip to Karonga will be a tough one.
"League is difficult because it is not in our hands. What we can do now is doing what we must do. We play to win. We have five games to play and they are not easy games. I have no [in these two games] because every game that we play, we play for victories. We always have the intention to play and win games. We have Castel Cup, we Airtel Top 8 and we have the league. The intention is to win games. " Said De Jongh.
The Bankers trail with 7 points to leaders, FCB Nyasa Big Bullets on the table as they have 46 points from 25 games on number three.
