STAND UP FOR CHAMPIONS!!!!

Mauricio Pochettino, guided Chelsea to his first ever title with the team in just 30 days after crowned the Champions of Premier League summer series on Sunday.

The Blues were given the trophy after defeating Fulham 2-0 in USA with goals from Thiago Silva on 22nd minute and Christopher Nkunku on 40th minute sealing the victory.

The team starts their league campaign next week as they play Liverpool in their opening match.
